A Note from the Editors
What is actually in the archive — and why it is hard to find elsewhere.
If you are a licensed clinician practising in Bulgaria, or a researcher working on Bulgarian-speaking populations, you have almost certainly noticed that the published clinical record in our field is thinner than it should be. Many of the most useful case materials — careful single-case designs, supervision notes, protocol adaptations for Bulgarian-speaking clients — circulate informally, between supervisors and their doctoral students, and never make it into the international journals. The work that does get published in English tends to summarise the findings and leave the clinical texture behind.
The archive we have built since 2009 is an attempt to do something different. Every article in this index has been read by at least two members of our fourteen-person editorial board, all of whom are practising clinicians or PhD researchers. Where a Bulgarian-language case study exists alongside the English summary, we link to both. Where a study has clinical supervision notes attached, we keep them attached. We have published 1,240+ articles in this way, and the archive is now the working reference library for an audited readership of 18,400+ clinicians across 42 countries.
Subscribing to the Weekly Briefing is the way the archive stays current: each Tuesday morning, our editors send you a single email summarising the new peer-reviewed material that crossed our desks that week, with a one-line clinical take on why it matters. No press releases, no sponsored content, no third-party tracking. The briefing has held a 94% monthly retention rate across the past two years — the highest of any clinical psychology publication we are aware of in Eastern Europe.
